Overview of the Course

​

The purpose of this course is to prepare you for the Advanced Placement French Language and Culture Exam. This preparation includes: 

1. extensive practice in both oral and written expression 

2. continued development of listening and reading comprehension skills                

3. a complete review of French grammar

4. a study and exploration of the six themes as outlined by the College Board:

        *   Global Challenges               *   Science & Technology    

        *   Modern Life                         *   Journey of Self-Discovery  

        *   Family & Community         *  Aesthetics
